Questions, bugs, or ideas for BurpNap? Email hello@abovethefold.dev. We usually reply within a few days.
How do I log a feed, nap or diaper?
On Today, tap Feed, Sleep or Diaper. Choose a bottle amount on the wheel and tap Save, or start the breastfeeding or sleep timer and stop it when they’re done. For something that already happened, tap Add manual feed, sleep or diaper under the main button.
Do timers keep running if I close the app?
Yes. Timers are saved the moment you start them, so they keep counting even if you close BurpNap or restart your device, and they show on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity.
Can I track twins or siblings?
Yes. Tap your baby’s name at the top of Today and choose Add a baby. Each baby has their own log, timers, reminders and reports. Switch between them from the same menu, or from Profile.
How do I share the log with my partner or a caregiver?
Open Profile, then Family & devices, and tap Invite a caregiver. Send the link with Messages or any app. When they open it on their iPhone or iPad with BurpNap installed and iCloud on, they see and add to the same log. Each baby is shared separately, so you can choose who sees whom. Tap Manage caregivers to remove someone or stop sharing.
Will my log sync to my iPad or a new iPhone?
Yes, when iCloud sync is on in Profile and both devices use the same Apple Account. Your log is encrypted in your own iCloud; BurpNap has no servers.
How do medicine reminders work?
On Health, open Medicines and add the prescription. In its card, choose when to be reminded and tap Enable next-dose reminder, then allow notifications. Logging a dose moves the next reminder for you. Reminders are notifications on each device, so check that a Focus isn’t silencing them. Snoozing or pausing never records a dose.
How do I share a report with our pediatrician?
Open History, then Dashboard & reports. Pick the dates, then tap Prepare email report, Export PDF report or Export CSV.
Does my partner need their own subscription?
Not if they’re in your Apple family: BurpNap Premium supports Family Sharing. Otherwise, each Apple Account needs its own subscription.
How do I restore BurpNap Premium?
Open Profile and tap Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Use the Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Profile and tap Manage subscription, or go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
